I have gained 27 years of experience in corporate world after having my BA and MBA degrees from Istanbul University. I started in Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) and spent 5 years in Istanbul & Budapest offices in audit and privatization projects. After PwC, I spent 4 years in Indosuez Euroturk Bank dealing with M&A projects in Turkey. In 1996, I started at Hasbro where I worked with immense joy for 18 years in the colourful world of toys, games and entertainment. I left Hasbro in 2014, while I was the General Manager of SEE Region (Greece, Turkey, MENA). I wanted a change in my life, to explore new opportunities in the world and to spend my time more to help and support people for their growth and to maximize and unleash their potential.
This is about choosing a new cycle of life.

I am now co-founder of Enso in Istanbul, Turkey, created after my advanced transformational coaching training at Performance Consultants International (PCI) and my intensive Champions of Conscious Change and Evolutionary Transformation program by Gita Bellin & Associates in UK. I am licensed as certified consultant in the Richard Barrett Cultural Transformation Tools® (CTT) and I use the tools and resources from Barrett Values Centre to support my clients during their coaching journey in their personal, leadership and cultural transformation.
I am also currently a board member at Ashoka Turkey, the global foundation for social entrepreneurship, and BegoJeans, a strong pioneer of Clean Fashion Movement in Turkey.
